It was clean and the stuff was great. Easy going and great decorating. I wished I had more time to stay. No complaints at all. If you are staying with two people make sure you're comfortable to share the bathroom cause they don't have a door but only a curtain which doesn't cover as much as a door would do. 😅 You have free water and a fridge. The shower was the best and with hot water. I can only recommend this place. 👌🏻

The place is GREAT, but the people were EXCEPTIONAL. Paola, Manuel and Francisco were the best hosts: Friendly, attentive, generous but un-intrusive. They made all of our stay fantastic and really can’t be praised enough. The Hostal itself is charming, perfectly located 10 seconds from the beach (just cross the road) and, with its walled courtyard, kind of an oasis. The communal kitchen is open-air and a great place to hang out in the hammocks. We had two rooms that were both great but with different vibes: the room with en-suite bathroom had great natural light and was really beautiful. The other room had a second bed in a loft space up a ladder. Our 7 year old was beyond thrilled and didn’t want to leave. The entire place is clean and well-maintained.

Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and juice, it felt like we were really being taken care of. The staff, Naomi and Enrique were very personable, kind and ready to make our stay feel like home, Enrique prepared great coffee and Naomi made really good mojitos. This was a really great place to stay in a beach front property in Santa Marianita, Manabí. We had an amazing time, thank you Naomi and Enrique.

The owner went out of his way to serve me a coffee and a sandwich very early in the morning, as I was leaving well before breakfast. Would definitely return!

At the bed and breakfast, units include a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The units have air conditioning, and some units at the bed and breakfast have a balcony. All units have a wardrobe. Upon arrival, the staff was exceptional. The boutique is the cutest, small b&b I have seen. Every little detail from wall colors, painting, table ornament compliments the atmosphere. Exceptionally clean and neat though small rooms. Margarette was sweet and inviting always greeting us with a big smile. The location is EXCELLENT, front beach, access to great eateries and local fare. The only set back is parking, call ahead to make reservations. Otherwise, great location, excellent staff...highly recommend.
