Friends and Rooftop Hotel is such a fitting name! I was greeted by the friendliest staff who made me feel home immediately. My room was lovely and clean, my bed extremely comfortable with the most luxurious linens and enough pillows to allow even the most picky sleeper to find one to suit. The shower was excellent with a strong showerhead and plenty of hot water. The location was in walking distance of all the historical sights and the staff could arrange specialty tours and call for taxis at a moment's notice. I cannot stress enough how friendly the staff, making me feel like a friend the moment I arrived.

Featuring free WiFi, a restaurant and a terrace, Viajero Quito Hostel Hostel offers colorful rooms in Quito. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a solarium. The staff were really friendly and informative and the location was really great, walking distance to pretty much everything.

A big shout out to the amazing receptionist Roxanna who helped us tremendously! She was exceptional and very helpful to us! We greatly appreciated her wonderful customer service! The location was good, only a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We also felt safe walking through the park at night, although there was hardly any people around. The room was clean and comfortable, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

We stayed only a few ours overnight, before the early flight, but everything was OK. We appreciate the help from the owner, that he drived us to the airport at 4am(of course, extra charge).

Great experience in a local community. We enjoyed it very much. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very acommodating with super early breakfast or super late dinner, which we appreciated when we had to leave for the mountains.
