Clean, modern, big, fresh & very comfortable. Feels high end, good value for money as well. Also incredibly helpful hosts who despite me making a stupid mistake with my guests details & forgetting to send her full check in details they got her in & I'm very grateful for their help & kindness. Also extremely fast response time, I had a query on my booking involving breakfast which was sorted immediately. Really like the breakfast offer & arrangements, despite having to take a short walk to the cafe offering the free breakfast, the fact that you can order a fresh meal rather than the usual hotel buffet style where food is sitting out or being picked over by people really a bonus to me. Everything was comfy, clean & cosy. Also very quiet. Good location to the city. Most of all we LOVED the opportunity to take some instant photo snaps with the camera, so much fun!! Only wish we had noticed before we left so we could have done some more, also the free tote bag, stickers & postcards along with the photo shoot opportunity really are those little touches which make a place outstanding. Thank you, we will be back! Also great value for money for what you get in return.

I loved having everything I needed in one place like a tiny apartment. The kitchenette was well appointed, and I really appreciated the ability to save money by cooking in my room. The staff was friendly and took care of everything I asked about. I enjoyed the central location, although the extensive construction in the area was difficult to navigate at times.
