The rooms were very wide particularly the room where my children stayed, it has a balcony with a wide sitting area. The presence of water cooler in each room is a brilliant and nice facility particularly in summer. All the staff are friendly.

SERVICE ! we had a problem with my daughter and they took care to bave the medicine order and received in the hotel . This is how a good stay is made perfect ! We had the room at the pool , it was big and cleaned every day. Everyone from the cleaning service , to the pool boy and espeacially the concierge were amazing ! Breakfast has a big choice and the dinner was also very good ! Thank you and hope to come back again

The location was perfect for my purposes. There is a gas station shop 24h very close to the hotel and also Mall of Arabia is nearby. The room and facilities are absolutely fantastic. I haven't slept in more comfortable bed in my whole life. Everything was extra clean. The hosts were super kind and flexible. Mr. Ibrahim and Ahmed were a great help for me during my stay. It is good value for money.
