We loved this small hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable, great views over the countryside. The apartment was spacious, and adequately provisioned for cooking your own meals. The shower was hot, with good water pressure. We found the bed comfortable - but we normally sleep on a firmish mattress. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental in style - cereal, boiled eggs, cold meats & cheese, bread for toasting, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, fresh fruit, traditional cake, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Tip: Do the online checkin. It is significantly easier and faster than waiting until you arrive. Tip: Park in the free car public car park 150m down the hill.

Recently renovated hotel with beautiful furniture and decorations. The staff was also amaizing. In my opinion, the hotel deserves at least 3 stars. It was the first two stars hotel I stayed, but it was better than others four stars hotel I stayed.

The hotel is quite new and located in a new neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. True, it’s not in the center, but right nearby there’s bus line 26 that takes you directly to the city center. Free street parking can be found near the hotel, which is quite rare in San Sebastián. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and always helpful with everything. Excellent value for money. We returned to this hotel after completing our Camino del Norte journey, and to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely bathtub. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service.
