These seafront apartments are 50 metres from Reducto Beach. They offer bright accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with views of Arrecife Bay and the Parque Islas Canarias Botanic Gardens. It has great location and great view. The hot tub and loungers on the roof were an amazing additional amenity. The best part however was the lady at the reception that checked us in. There was a small language barrier but we both did our best. Every day she welcomed us with a great smile and some chit chat with our half broken Spanish.

Excellent location with the hotel being right next to the sea. We enjoyed many sunrise walks. The hotel was immaculate. So clean. The staff were really helpful and always friendly and approachable. I told the host Zoran score 11. It was comfortable and very clean with big space. Like a hotel. Next to the promenade and supermarket. From here you can walk and enjoy the sun. Lovely, modern and very well equipped villa. We felt at home in this scandinavian style furnished house with amenities we are used to from home (like the kitchen cupboard for drying dishes - have never seen this in Spain before!). We also enjoyed the heated pool very much. The facilities were perfect for our family. Yolanda our hostess was a gem. She helped us with all issues and questions we had. Pool boy, cleaning and repairs worked well and made our stay enjoyable.
