The room was impeccable. The space was well thought out. The bed offered real comfort. I had peace every night. The reception worked efficiently. Check-in was fast. The staff responded clearly and professionally to every request. The hotel has an excellent position. The metro is a few minutes away. I easily reached Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. The wifi was stable at all times. I used the internet without interruptions. The cleanliness was exemplary. I recommend this hotel if you want comfort, organization and quick access to the city. It is an excellent choice for Madrid.

The apartment is absolutely outstanding in every way. Its central location in the shopping district makes it convenient to everything. The space is spotless, comfortable, and generously sized. The terrace offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and even suggested some wonderful places to visit. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid. 100/10 :)
