The hotel was above my expectations. Everything is new, clean and walking distance to the Metro. They have an agreement close by with a restaurant for breakfast for a good price. This is a good opportunity. I have never ever received a personalized letter from higher stars hotels, thanks this made my day to hear that whatever needed they will help me! What I can say they are an one start hotel well beyond the quality, my rating is 5 Star! Highly recommend it.

Super good location of the hotel helped us walk around the city flexibly. very kind and good communication everytime. We do fully repeat if there is a chance to visit madrid agian. The facilities are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious, and the bunk beds offer a great deal of privacy. Since I had to work for a significant portion of my stay, I especially appreciated the common areas — the common areas provided comfy seats which were both inviting and practical. The place is spotless. The staff were constantly seen cleaning, especially in the shared toilets and kitchen, which were always well-maintained. The receptionists were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. Overall, the entire setup is thoughtfully designed with the traveler's comfort in mind. You really can't ask for more from a hostel.
