We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warm kindness and genuine helpfulness of the reception team set the perfect tone. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and attentive — from the welcoming receptionists and the cheerful café team, to the skilled therapists at the spa and the meticulous housekeeping staff. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, served by a restaurant team that was outstandingly pleasant and proactive in making our mornings special. The spa is an absolute must — a true highlight of the experience. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel maintained impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout.

First of all, the location is outstanding — right in the heart of everything worth seeing. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional communication and hospitality from the host/property management. From the moment we made our reservation, every message was clear, fast, and incredibly helpful. We also booked the airport transfer organized by the property — very convenient and reasonably priced — which made our arrival completely stress-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest travel experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. If I, or any of my friends or family, come back to Madrid — this will definitely be our first choice!

The room was impeccable. The space was well thought out. The bed offered real comfort. I had peace every night. The reception worked efficiently. Check-in was fast. The staff responded clearly and professionally to every request. The hotel has an excellent position. The metro is a few minutes away. I easily reached Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. The wifi was stable at all times. I used the internet without interruptions. The cleanliness was exemplary. I recommend this hotel if you want comfort, organization and quick access to the city. It is an excellent choice for Madrid.
