We had a wonderful experience staying at Plaza Mayor Suites during our trip to Madrid. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Plaza Mayor, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It truly made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication with the property managers. They were consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The suite was clean, modern, and cozy — ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the value for money was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's very new and very well decorated. It's big, there is lots of space everywhere including rooms. Very comfortable bed, good bedding and great equipment in the room including free minibar, kettle, bathrobe etc. Amazing breakfast, great choice and all quality products. Very well equipped gym and there is a rooftop pool, which i have not managed to experience as weather was not good. Shuttle bus worked very well too, it's only 10min drive and for free. Even though it's close to the airport, the area is very nice actually, there are some shops and restaurants and you can walk around. Really great airport hotel!
