We had a wonderful experience staying at Plaza Mayor Suites during our trip to Madrid. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Plaza Mayor, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It truly made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication with the property managers. They were consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The suite was clean, modern, and cozy — ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the value for money was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Absolutely loved my stay at THE LOFT HOUSE MADRID – one of the best hostels I’ve been to. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid on foot and by public transport. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​the city, which is 10-15 minutes away from the airport by car. The metro station is a ten-minute walk away, and the line goes directly to the city center. The staff is very polite, helpful and unobtrusive. The breakfast was correct, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere (light music with a piano is played). The rooms are extremely neat and clean, and the TV is large. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and it made our stay in Madrid even more enjoyable.
