The hotel was above my expectations. Everything is new, clean and walking distance to the Metro. They have an agreement close by with a restaurant for breakfast for a good price. This is a good opportunity. I have never ever received a personalized letter from higher stars hotels, thanks this made my day to hear that whatever needed they will help me! What I can say they are an one start hotel well beyond the quality, my rating is 5 Star! Highly recommend it.

The location is very central, facilities are amazing + superrrr clean, coworking spaces + meeting rooms (!!) are available, unlimited supply of cold, still, and sparkling water, staff are superheroes, and overall vibes are great. The location was excellent and very convenient, right in the center close to Gran Vía Madrid. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were constantly in touch and provided all the necessary information for a late check-in when my flight was delayed.
