Super good location of the hotel helped us walk around the city flexibly. very kind and good communication everytime. We do fully repeat if there is a chance to visit madrid agian. Absolutely loved my stay at THE LOFT HOUSE MADRID – one of the best hostels I’ve been to. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid on foot and by public transport. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

The room was impeccable. The space was well thought out. The bed offered real comfort. I had peace every night. The reception worked efficiently. Check-in was fast. The staff responded clearly and professionally to every request. The hotel has an excellent position. The metro is a few minutes away. I easily reached Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. The wifi was stable at all times. I used the internet without interruptions. The cleanliness was exemplary. I recommend this hotel if you want comfort, organization and quick access to the city. It is an excellent choice for Madrid.
