The owner of the property, Mr Firoz, was so attentive and made our stay in Labasa an exceptional one. We let him know that we would be arriving earlier than anticipated, and with a previous tenant checking out not too long before we arrived, the staff were able to turn the apartment around in such little time. Mr Firoz met us soon after we arrived, and the apartment was so clean, you could not tell that it was previously occupied moments before we entered. We also had a mishap where we accidentally locked one of the bathrooms from the outside (meaning no one was able to enter it). However once the information was relayed to Mr Firoz, he showed up within an hour or so to resolve the problem by unlocking it asap! With the famous 'babasiga' heat of Labasa, relaxing in the cool aircon was amazing. We also loved the location of Jumanzuls Abode as we were able to take leisurely strolls to Labasa town whenever we needed to buy groceries.

My kids and I were after a peaceful and quiet Christmas and got exactly this and more at Tobu House. The house is simple yet elegant, warm and homely. We had access to the sea and took out kayaks to look at corals, had a lovely swim at the salt water Tobu, did a quick trip to the waterfalls and thoroughly enjoyed the greenery, farm animals and the peace and quiet. Kirsty and her lovely Dad were amazing hosts, they made sure we had all that we needed during our stay.

We had an excellent time at Salt Lake Lodge! Our hosts we're so welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were amazing each morning, the animal friends were a comforting bonus, and the facility/environment exceeded my expectations. We were able to relax and soak in the environment on good days and stormy ones. Loved the freedom to take off on the kayaks where and when we wanted. Air-con in the room was a savior! I definitely recommend this place.

As we walked out of Labasa Airport Mr Rafik was spot on excellent. He was so caring and friendly. I recommend you to hire him as your chauffeur. It was such a lovely and joyful treat, he took us for a nice trip around. Perfect gateway! This modern unit was such a beautiful surprise when we walked in . Everything was perfectly clean. Quality fittings throughout with great personal touches. Nisha and Rafik were excellent hosts, they made everything easy and pleasant. Responsive and helpful communication, incredibly clean environment. They even provided lovely snacks and food which was a really lovely touch for a start. I highly recommend this place. Check in and out was easy and smooth.
