The European Parliament is a 10-minute tram ride away and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location was very convenient, just across the train station, metro and bus stations. At the same time, it’s a nice area and minutes walk to downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all shifts and areas, reception, restaurant and cleaning. The rooms with little surprises like bottles of fresh water and snacks. Detail oriented. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, with about 10 freshly baked pies and cakes every morning. Lots of options for vegetarians. We came by car and were recommended a public parkhouse just 5 minutes away, it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

It provides a wellness area with Finnish sauna and relaxing facilities and which has direct access to the garden. Great location in the park, beautiful historical building with charm. Delicious breakfast with many options, even gluten-free, local products. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful spacious room with a balcony, free toiletries. Our room was in new part/wing, but decorated in the original style. Parking available right behind the building, under our windows.

Really kind staff, we felt very welcome & our two dogs as well, we loved the personal greeting/beds & bowls provided in our room, the spa is wonderful and never crowded and the food we ordered from the room service was excellent as well. This was our second time staying and we will definitely come back.

Room are beautifull and the shower is very big with a lot power. The restaurant and breakfast are very good and the wine from Stoffel was great and you need to try. The staff is very friendly and helpful in many language.

They made us a reservation at the restaurant just on the corner when we asked. They were incredibly accommodating and the beds were super comfortable.
