Located in the seaside town of Newquay, the property is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Blue Reef Aquarium is 3 minutes' walk away. WiFi was good, room was modern enough and has windows that can open. Owen and Margaret are so welcoming and nothing beats waking up to a full English every morning. This type of hospitality is slowly fading so I’m really glad I got to spend time here with such great hosts. I will definitely be back.

Bright and airy rooms have New England-style decor and most have sea views, while some also feature a balcony or terrace. Each room includes a mini-fridge with free milk and mineral water, a flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player and an iPod dock, as well as an en suite bathroom with toiletries. Staff was super friendly, we felt very welcome. We got an upgrade to a lovely big room with seaview, it was an excellent short stay. This place is highly recommended and we would always go back there. Thank you.

Large room and good size bathroom. Very new and clean. Good location short walk to all the shops restaurants and harbour. Will stay again
