We were given a really friendly welcome and helpful recommendations for nearby pubs, and the location of the room was special, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lovely flowers. The room was immaculate and extremely comfortable and quiet, with a great bed. The shower was excellent with really nice toiletries provided. We had a great stay at Rosemount and would definitely go there again!

Breakfast is wonderful, it is served in warm, straight from kitchen, all food are fresh, there is Day Room and kitchen with complete cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, dish washing machine, ironing board, very clean & comfortable. Bed is big & comfy. Bathroom is clean with hot & cold water. The owners are friendly & helpful. Definitely will go back there when I visit Edinburgh again.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Avril and Alan who were very friendly and showed us to our room and took our breakfast order for the next day. Beds were comfortable with a good amount of pillows and beautiful clean bedding. Shower room was clean and well stocked with towels, shower gel and shampoo there was also shower caps and some bathroom disposal items (cotton pads etc) available if needed. The room we stayed in was lovely and big could fit 4-6 people depending on ages of children.Would definitely recommend and would return and stay again if I was visiting the area for an overnight again. Breakfast was delicious and pre ordered. Good selection of non cooked items also with fresh fruit available. Ample parking for the size of the accommodation in a very lovely rural spot.

Very well located and appointed Exceptionally clean with some little surprises such as biscuits and sweets which we had with our coffee. Great to have our own ensuite and good sized tv. Although other guests were staying at the guest house privacy was well maintained. Cean was a fantastic hostess and made our stay an excellent one. She was very friendly and welcoming and came up with some very good suggestions such as a great restaurant for dinner and how to best utilise our time to see as much of Glasgow as we could. We were also provided with a cooked breakfast ( eggs the way we wanted ) sausage and bacon, toast, juice and coffee. An excellent way to start the day We walked to restaurant and train station and did not need our car which was safely parked at the premises and off the street. Would love to stay here again
