Absolutely wonderful time there. Aristotelus and his wife were very nice and polite, willing to help anytime.

The location was amazing with an incredible view that never got old. We enjoyed sunrises in the morning, sunsets in the evening, and magical nights walking home under the stars. The island was beautiful, and the accommodation was perfect. Our host was friendly and helpful, and we loved it so much that we extended our stay. We will recommend this place to everyone.

We loved the location of Argalios Studio in Kioni. A short walk to the centre of town and restaurants and also the beautiful beaches. Our room had a lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the bay and the town. It was very clean and was serviced regularly. Having a little kitchenette was a lovely bonus. We had hire car and parking for the town in the community parking lot was also a short walk. It felt like it was our own little getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, with stunning view of the Ionian sea and also comes with a pool. The host Dina is very friendly and efficient. Room was of good size and very clean, the balcony was the highlight of our stay as you can watch the sunset behind the mountain.
Parking was also available on the property which was a plus. The room gets serviced daily, our stay was definitely an enjoyable one!
Also love to mention there are some feline staff on the property as well, very affectionate and might join you on the balcony for the sunset!

Such a great place to stay. We came to Ithaca for a day trip and realised we needed more time on the island because it was absolutely gorgeous. We found this hotel last minute and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Would recommend in an instant and will definitely go back if we’re lucky enough to come back to Ithaca for another holiday.

Everything.. the place, the view, the seating at the garden area. The flowers on trees, so pretty.
the cool temperature, the facilities, the refreshments provided, the kitchen and it's equivalent. The view of the room and loungeroom, lovely and sweetly set up,. The staff, we met, are so delightful and most kind people I have met.
Epiharis studios are worth high value to visit and book a place to stay. very impressed. I do hope for the best of them whom they do the best service, always. !!! unforgettable experience.

The location is perfect for exploring Ithaka, very close to Vathi and the main road yet away from the noise. It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.

The villa was amazing. The terrace had beautiful views of the water and we loved all the details of the interior.
The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating, providing us with a baby cot, high chair and baby bath.
Another plus was the air con units in every room of the house.
There are a few steps up to the house but this wasn’t a problem at all, we travelled with two small children and didn’t have any issues.
We absolutely loved our stay.

Exceptional owners/staff , really clean rooms and facilities, good value for money ( stayed in early July). The view is even better than shown in the photo (from our room and from most ones I suppose) . Frequent change of sheets and towels.
