I never make reservations to properties that have no reviews, but this one looked great and legit - and it was! This apartment is a newly refurbished little flat on the second floor of a building, along with 2 other such apartments. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, everything is brand new. The host lives right below the rentals and is very helpful if you have any problems or requests. There was 4 of us and we were staying for 3 nights, and for this period it was perfectly fine, with the one bedroom and living room with pull out sofa. Our teenage kids found the sofa comfortable. The apartment is facing the promenade with restaurants and the footbridge. There is constant traffic on the street, but the windows are well insulated to block the noise. All in all, the location couldn't be better and the apartment is stunning - I can absolutely recommend it for an Argostoli stay!

My absolute favourite place I’ve been to in all of Greece. The terrance alone was worth it. Super quiet and the sunrise was incredible… AC was great, had a complimentary bottle of nice wine and fresh fruit which were all amazing. It had everything you could need and was so beautifully decorated.. I will happily come back here and stay longer
