We have spent 3 nights in that hotel and it was excellent choice. That was absolutely unique experience, something you will always have in your mind. It is like spending couple of days living in the castle. Room was rather small, like in the castle, however equipped with everything you need. View from the windows over sea was splendid. And then when sun already woke us up.... it was time for delicious breakfast served just couple of meters away. Breakfast is served as buffet, offer is fair enough, and you can enjoy it from the sunny terrace with great sea view. Customer service was at the top level, offering all the information about Monemvasia. You can go there by car, unpack your luggage at the castle gate, from there - around 250m walk to the hotel. Car can park without charge along the road or on the parking when you enter the "island"

Set amidst lush greenery, at an altitude of 600 metres, the traditionally built Guesthouse Mazaraki is situated close to the picturesque village of Mystras, offering views of the Byzantine castle of... Everything! The staff are magnificent, so generous and genuine. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Our room spacious, clean and very comfortable. Can’t fault this place. A real credit to the management and staff

George the hotel manager was so generous and kind. The hotel is super cute and very well located, right on the beach. The small village is authentic and charming. We had an amazing experience, already planning our next trip.

The property looks even better in person. It’s close to the town’s beach, port and street with all cafes and restaurants. The parking spots are nearby, with enough space and shades in the afternoon. Everything was tight and clean. The host Jovana was lovely, showed us around and also gave us tips for the island and even the rest of our trip through the Peloponnese. Hvala!

My wife and I absolutely loved this little rental! Everything was new, clean and beautiful! What really put the cherry on top was the breakfast with Katerina and Petros. This couple was so kind to us! Katerina made us the most wonderful breakfast! Our only regret is not being more fluent Greek speakers. We would have loved to get to know them better.
