The aparthotel has family rooms. Well decorated and very well equipped studio with a lovely patio. Comfortable beds, super friendly and attentive hosts with whom we had useful and prompt communication. Self-catering with "support": we have found all we needed for a nice breakfast, and not only a welcome drink but also a cake on our second day, oh such a sweet touch! Last but not least, we have been offered free pick ups since you better be shown your way, not required but very much appreciated.

Featuring mountain views, Patmos Villas offers accommodation with patio, around 300 metres from Groikos Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Parking on-site is available and the apartment also features a shuttle service for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. This is truly my home away from home! Sparkling clean and functional furnished rooms/studios in best location, just outside the city centre with amazing view of the harbour. Nearest beach is 8 minutes walking from the studios, 5 minutes to a very well stocked supermarket and veggies and fruits shop. The nearest taverna is about 200m from the studios and serves great food at very good prices. Studios are located in a peaceful surrounding, overlooking a beautiful garden. What really makes the difference is Nicolas and his family. From the moment we arrived, he took great care of us, driving us to all the unforgettable places Patmos has to offer. He and his lovely wife offered us homemade food and products from their garden and fresh eggs from their own chickens. I must admit, I have never experienced such a amazing hosts. They do it because they really care about the guests, this is not just another accommodation, this is family! I already miss them.

This 5-star luxury hotel is situated only a few steps from Grikos beach, in Patmos. The stylish Patmos Aktis Resort & Spa offers spa and fitness facilities, as well as fine dining in a unique seafront setting. Everything was sublime. The facilities are clean, serene, and picturesque, blending with nature and highlighting the Greek island style. The breakfast is abundant and tasty. The spa is available to all guests (sauna & steam bath), and there is also a range of paid therapies (Alexandra & Spiros performed one of the best massage therapies we ever had). Nice beachfront with very comfy sun beds and a chilling lounge area above it, available until late. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Finally, all these would not be possible without Manolis, the hotel manager, who guided us through the hotel amenities and compensated us with extra pampering.
