The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

Great hotel, stunning design inside and out. The beds were so comfortable that we slept for 12-13 hours at a time like children. We also really liked the location, close to the airport, close to the most beautiful places in Chalkidiki. Our host Manos with his dog was the most wonderful thing that happened to us during our vacation. Such good and positive energy, answer to every question, great recommendations and common conversations, for the first time we would like to come again to the same hotel . We will return for sure.

It's a new construction, we could tell we were possibly among the first guests in the apartment. Everything looks and smells brand new and clean. The apartment is spacious and well organized. I can't overstate the importance of mosquito nets being installed and working well at all openings (windows and the balcony doors). The bathroom is a design feat. Bedding is first class, soundproofing is excellent and the air conditioning works perfectly, so we regularly had some really good sleep there. I should stress there are two elevators at each side of the building, which we found very helpful as my wife had some recent knee injury. The property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are made daily and the towels and sheets changed every two or three days (can't tell precisely, as they always seemed clean to me). The evening before our departure, and just as we finished packing, the owner knocked at the door with a chilled bottle of a Greek white wine, boy, what a perfect ending for the overall very relaxing stay.

Very stylish hotel, great sea view from our balcony, close to te beach. Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and pleasant smelling sheets. Also the staff was very friendly, they were very attentive to our needs. Good breakfast. The area was very quiet and beautiful, nicer and relaxing than the center of the city. Is also close to boardwalk and restaurants/beach bars.
