We loved the clean, modern and spacious room, intimate hotel size (with only a handful of rooms) and proximity to the seaside and local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We also really appreciated how quiet our room was, with its own entrance, and that we had a private patio area and table where we could enjoy breakfast outside. Breakfast was included with our room and conveniently delivered to our room upon request via WhatsApp. The proprietor, Fotis, is super chill!

Awesome little Air bnb on Spetses - as there was heatwave we booked this at last minute! would def recommend. the owner went above and beyond to help us out! The rooms were great and comfy and the location perfect! Ended up staying extra night as heat was bad and the accommodation amazing and spent more time exploring Spetses!

The place is so silent and still super central. We got the best recommendations for restaurants and scooter hiring and beaches. Nice breakfast in the garden, pool area was super relaxing. 24 hr receptionist. And the balcony had a sea view inviting to sit and read.

The hotel is fabulous!!! Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!

The owners are incredibly welcoming and happy to help with everything. It has been an amazing stay. The breakfast was sooo good and the location looks gorgeous. It is one of the best places I have stayed at.

Everything was great. Full service. Cleaning every day. The breakfast basket replenished every morning. After checkout, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hotel. Before our ferry was leaving, the host brought it to us to the port free of charge.

Kalomira reached out to us before we even arrived and took care of everything personally. She was always available and super helpful. Breakfast is amazing everything was delicious and homemade. We truly felt at home, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Guesthouse Niriides is a really lovely place to stay, a beautifully restored old building with modern amenities yet retaing its old world charm. Our host was delightful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was home made and delicious with different breads/cakes and fruit every morning. The jams and preserves were freshly made by her mother who was equally generous and gave us pot of apricot jam to take home. The bed... well.. we were first to try the new comfort bed that arrived and it was heaven! We cannot recommend Niriides enough. We will return... in the autumn next time! Loved it!
