Su trato es súper agradable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y aconsejar. Excepcional. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama es extra-grande. La piscina esta muy bien mantenida y limpia. Por cierto, tenéis casi al lado un restaurante para comer o cenar con una relación calidad-precio muy buena (comparada con otros de la playa), el Jack's Corner. Es un hotel al que si, volvería (y no diría esto de todos los sitios).

The location is brilliant. Rooms are amazing, spacious and very clean. The hospitality is mind blowing. Seriously this is my best stay for the past many years. The behaviour of the staff is amazing.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional ~ always prompt, warm, and offered with a genuine smile. The entire team continually went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable. My room was beautiful, spotless, and offered a breathtaking sea view ~ the perfect place to wake up to the sound of the waves. Considering the quality of the rooms, the service, and the prime beachfront location, the price is incredibly reasonable for what you receive. Outstanding value. The food here deserves a special mention ~ hands down the best on the entire beach strip. Fresh, flavourful, and prepared with care. I tried a few other places to eat around the area, but I continually found myself coming back to OMSAI because it was truly the best service and flavourful fresh cuisine. ✨ A Special Appreciation Sharma, one of the servers, is an absolute gem. His kindness, attentiveness, and intuitive nature made a world of difference to my stay. He ensured all of my dietary preferences ~ gluten-free, sugar-free, no hot spices, no ice ~ were always met with ease and a smile. His foresight to our needs was remarkable. He even brought me raw sugar for a land offering, which touched my heart deeply. He speaks excellent English and is truly a blessing to this resort. OMSAI is very lucky to have him. Gaurav, the owner, is equally wonderful ~ a gracious, friendly, and genuinely caring host. He greeted me daily with warmth and a bright smile, and was always willing to help. He kindly let me use his computer to book my flight when I was having technical issues and even helped me order earbuds from Amazon. Pleasant, professional, and always accommodating, he made me feel very welcomed and supported. Speaking with him was always a joy ~ he is informative, helpful and kind.

Very clean with aircon and the most accomodating and friendly staff. One of the best places we stayed on our whole 2 month trip!

Had a very pleasant short holiday. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable bed and the location of the property is at a serene part of the beach with totally worthwhile.The staff was kind, responsive, and very helpful with sightseeing recommendations. The candlelight dinner on the beach was beautifully arranged, and the food from the multi-cuisine menu was delicious. Highly recommended.

Great location, off of the main road so it wasn't too noisy, a direct dirt path to the beach from my room. Lots of tropical greenery around. Everything in the room worked well and the bed was comfortable. The woman who runs the place has a great calm energy and is very helpful.
