They basically helped in every way they could..and property is also well managed And the location is just perfect. I will definitely be booking this place whenever I visit rishikesh again.

There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. This is must visit if you’re planning to visit kausani. You get the beautiful view of Panchachuli peaks from the room. Observatory is right opposite of the stay so you can try star gazing as well.

The staff was great and very helpful. Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.
