Everything! It was the perfect getaway during our travels. The location was beautiful the staff and owners were wonderful. We had the self contained unit with a kitchen which was perfect. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the lounge area with the fire place nice to relax in. The kids loved the swing outside and space to run around.

Bed was really comfortable, room very new and high quality, breakfast was amazing, very kind and attentive hosts. We were hiking and got stuck here because of rain. The hosts helped us out with a taxi option. In the end we were able to stay another night spontaneously. Hosts gave us advice on which restaurants were open.

This is no ordinary b&b, my partner and I visited with my two daughters and although cozy this place feels like a home with absolutely everything provided for us. The host, Paola, couldn’t be more helpful! She was extraordinary. The breakfast was SUPERB ! Such a treat all around! We will definitely be back

We stayed at this lovely hotel in the hills of Italy for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had some problems during our trip, but the staff helped us so much and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a small village on a mountain — a perfect place for a real Italian experience, surrounded by beautiful nature and warm-hearted people. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna or Modena. It's quiet and peaceful, but the big cities are still easy to reach by car. Definitely coming back! :)
