Vanni and his family are extraordinary hosts, with excellent service (like offering transfer from and to the airport, shuttle to interesting sites, giving inside information about Roman restaurants and local stores) and warm and hearty communication. The rooms and facilities were perfect and the location of the guesthouse is ideal for staying even more than one night. Close to the beach, it offers perfect relaxation after an intense city sightseeing. We do absolutely recommend Vanni's guesthouse and would love to come back!

The hotel’s location was great and close to the metro, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The building itself was beautiful, and overall everything about the stay was amazing.

Quiet location with supermarkets just 4 minutes walk, bus and tram stops. Easy to check-in. Would definately stay again.
