Great hotel! Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. The lobby bar was very good with great staff. There were some additional facilities including laundry, that you will not find at most hotels. Easy access to the Metro and close to some restaurants. Ernesto and all the staff at reception were amazing and very helpful, they had some perfect suggestions for places to go and things to see based on my interests. A big thanks to them!

They gave us small treats like a chocolate pie, tea, etc. Our trip was a 5-day leisure time in Bergamo, Como, and Milano and the accommodation in Bergamo was by far the best. It was a great value for money and I wish the hosts all the best!
