The apartment was big, clean, comfortable, and had all the mod cons. It was really quiet in the building. Breakfast was a very good buffet and served right outside our room. Location was literally just around the corner from the train station and just 15 minutes walk from the central old town area. There was plenty of lighting and plenty of electrical outlets in the room, which you don't always get. It was also nice having keypad entry into the building and room so as not to have to fiddle with keys. There were a lot of pizza parlors and other restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel in the city center. Very cosy and elegant. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. I was very lucky, the view from my windows was amazing - directly to the Battistero di Parma. The hotel is situated close to all main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed for one night, but the place was so lovely that we wished we had stayed longer. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt spacious and comfortable. It had thoughtful touches such as breakfast included, plus coffee and tea available in the bedroom, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. The shower was honestly one of the best we have had while travelling, with fantastic water pressure. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. It makes such a difference when you are staying somewhere and the host shows that level of care. Parking can be a little tricky, but it is manageable. Just note that blue-line paid parking becomes free during certain hours at night. When we stayed, it was free from 7:30 pm. Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily recommend it.

Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

The building has been beautiful renovated and is very thoughtfully designed and styled. It was very relaxing to stay there, part work and part pleasure.
