Set at the foot of Mount Emilius in Pollein, family-run Hotel Diana offers a garden, free WiFi and a spa available on demand at extra cost. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for making our stay so special. Thank you also for the gluten fee products served at breakfast😊

This is an amazing B&B. You feel like an Italian home. Nadia & her mum are very kind, and the homemade cakes made for breakfast are amazing. Very warm people & place. A lot of snacks in the dining room ( tea, coffee, sweets, nuts ), Fantastic view from the window for sunrise. Nice restaurants are within walking distance from the B&B, and it's a 10-minute drive to the ski lift in Pila.

Very comfortable and ample, clean facilities. The host was very communicative and nice. The apartment was well located, just outside the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment featured a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stovetop, an oven and a refrigerator. Toilet paper, soap and clean towels were provided. The apartment had functioning and efficient heating.
