When booking i always look to the toulet to know what the room sill be. this hotrl is way more good than the pictures. modern new design super good and conftable even he put "grohe" brand in toilet. so abrevation usually in center hotels are very bad. this one is super removated to a level that is very beautoful and nice. stuff are very friendly, air condirion working very good. matress super relaxing. as for the breakfast i cznnot say anything since i didnt had time i left at morning early in a rush. and as for the location is on the center of the city waling to everything. so its the best choise in "amman al charkiye" trust me !

The staff are amazing very friendly but still professional. Our plane was delayed and my communication to the hotel had not got through to them. They sent the second driver to pick us up at our new arrival time. Ahmed picked us up and was very friendly, lovely to meet after a long flight and sleeping on airport floor. The hotel manager upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Rami greeted us with such enthusiasm and energy. He arranged a fabulous trip the next day to Jerash and surrounding areas including Ajloun Castle. Omar was our driver and he was great like Ahmed. You felt very comfortable with his driving. Tarq and Nour were also extremely helpful at reception. The breakfasts are lovely with a wide choice of food. Unfortunately we didn't have time to do the spa. If we ever get back to Jordan we would choose to stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the noise in the morning from the street — it was quite loud and a bit annoying if you’re trying to sleep in. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be something to keep in mind. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I really loved being able to meet and get to know a little bit about people from all over the world. I've met people from the US, UK, China, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Syria, Singapore, India, Palestine and I think Poland. I think it's cool that they offer tours, and for cheaper than online. If more people join your tour group, it's even cheaper per person as well. Depending on your trip, some trips can even be 30JD per person for a group of 4, which is really affordable. I like that I can cook food in the kitchen, and the local market (Shoneez) is pretty affordable for produce. It's amazing. The rooftop is a nice place to gather and play games, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The air conditioning in my room worked really nicely, and the WiFi also works really well.
