Convenient location with Lawson , shopping mall , train station within walking distance. The view from the room is excellent. Service is also good and they provide children slipper and children toothbrush for my 4 yo. Bus stop for airport limousine is near so it is convenient to get to the hotel even with luggages. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland is good too . Would love to stay again !

Nice and comfortable quiet room, with a good view. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good (Occidental and Japanese). The staff was nice. The shuttle bus to come back from Disneyland in the evening was convenient. Check out at noon was also convenient. The bus station to go to Urayasu station was close to the hotel.

Huge room and bathroom, lovely after the small rooms I encountered around Japan. Very warm, welcoming staff. Excellent location, right under Maihama Station, but don't worry you can't hear the train. Convenience store next door and Disney monorail right next to hotel. Perfect for families visiting Tokyo Disney. Three machine laundry made life easy as well, connected to TV in room, so no guessing when the load is done.

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is a 4-star property located in Urayasu.

An incredible apartment run by an amazing husband and wife. Everything was immaculate and the hospitality we experienced was unmatched. The location is perfect, set right by the canal with beautiful views from the room. We were so comfortable throughout our stay and really enjoyed the large bath. All the main sights in Sawara are walkable from the apartment and the train station is super close by as well. There's a lovely cafe right underneath, also run by the couple, and a souvenir shop too. We cannot wait to come back!

It's super clean and new (very clean!). It was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen appliances were complete and beautiful. The entire house was nicely designed. Very open concept layout and spacious. The balcony was outstanding for breakfast on a sunny day. Check in was smooth and parking was spacious.
