The location of the hotel was very good. A FamilyMart, 7eleven and a big Yaoko within a few minutes walking distance. We got a really beautiful and big room, which was absolutely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, many choices and everything was totally fresh. Loved the Matcha Latte. The staff was exceptional friendly, helpful and courteous. We felt so comfortable that we booked another night when we are back in Tokyo at the end of our tour. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect if you are looking to travel to Disney parks. Room was very spacious for four adults and had all the amenities we needed. Shuttle service offered by the hotel to the Disney parks was very convenient! We would recommend this place to others!

The two bedroom (four twin bed) unit we rented was clean, cozy and well equipped. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. Close to Kita-Kashiwa station which will get you to Ueno in about 40 min. Outside the station, you will conveniently find a Familymart and Hidakaya. The welcome snacks are a nice touch.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The location is remote but easily reachable, the tent was clean and comfy complete with all the amenities you can think of and more. For us the main highlight was the staff. They went above and beyond for us. They can speak English and supported us from arrival to departure. They provided fireworks and marshmallows for the campfire and even drove us to the closest supermarket to help with our grocery shopping. They didn't have to, but they did. So absolutely 10/10, would recommend.
