There was a shared kitchen with everything you need to make yourself breakfast. The owner could not have been kinder - he met us at the train station and drove us to the guesthouse, later he took us to a restaurant (after discussing what kind of food we wanted) and collected us afterwards. The next morning he drove us to the dinosaur museum in time to make our reservations. Amazing service!

I stayed in two different rooms- I would recommend the one-bed that is adjacent to a garden, very beautiful. This place is especially perfect for solo travellers and couples wanting to keep it low-key, since the walls are made from traditional Japanese paper and sound does travel.

We absolutely loved staying with Nori and could not have asked for a better host. From the moment we arrived, he was so warm and welcoming, helped us plan our trip, spent time talking with us, and shared tea while making us feel truly at home. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and treated us like family rather than guests. His house was absolutely wonderful, charming, and thoughtfully cared for, and the town itself was beautiful and peaceful. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip and made the entire experience feel extra special.

The owners were so friendly and caring. They gave us many local tips, offered daily cleaning, new amenities, and fresh towels. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and everything is brand new. The house is located in the old district of Obama and close to many amazing restaurants and of course the beach promenade. We loved our time here and regret not staying longer.
