We had an incredible stay here: the ryokan is impressive (especially the arrival with the person playing the shamisen), very beautiful, the food excellent and adaptable (we took vegetarian meals), the establishment is child-friendly (e.g. yukata at their sizes, arrival kits, high chairs and adapted cutlery), the room is magnificent and very suitable for a family. A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

The quality of the food, the elegance of the traditional meals, and the overall attention to detail created an unforgettable experience. Every member of the team was kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the first moment. I would like to highlight one person in particular—her name was Abe Moka. She attended us during a private dinner and again at breakfast the next day. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were extraordinary. She anticipated every need, explained the dishes beautifully, and created a calm and joyful atmosphere. She was, without doubt, the best of the best. Sansuiso Spa is incredibly fortunate to have her on the team. Her service elevated our entire stay, and I sincerely believe she deserves recognition—perhaps even a salary raise—for the outstanding hospitality she offers to guests. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon.

Tagoto ligger 5 minutters kørsel fra Aizu Wakamatsu Station og har et varmt offentligt bad, japanske og vestlige værelser samt japanske retter. The food was excellent, and the variety and regional dishes absolutely incredible. The futon was a little thin, but the room was spacious and the tea/snacks delicious. There's also a mini fridge which was awesome for sake. The bath facility is perfectly luxurious, and they offer massage too but we asked too late to book one. The staff were very friendly, polite, and accommodating and I enjoyed interacting with all of them. I very much look forward to staying again!

Property is great for families with a large table and space for suitcases as well as basic cooking facilities. Location is a 3 minute drive from Fukushima Aquamarine and 25 minutes from Hawaiian resort by car.

The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Just felt like a perfect home. The balcony is awesome. We met some trouble during the trip and checked in lately; however, the owner was kind and patient. We greatly appreciated it! Will definitely recommend this property and visit again if I come back to Aizuwakamatsu.
