She gave recommendations on the onsens to go to, how to wear the yakutas, and much more. The ryokan is near a lot of onsens that close late. Boots and umbrellas are provided to help you navigate the small town. The rooms had adequate heating and was very comfortable. Highly recommend this ryokan!
