Very nice experience. Cozy environment, large traditional Japanese cottage, friendly host and big car parking lot. The most impressive equipment is the large casted screen. I really enjoyed my 3-day stay in Tanegashima in winter. The house is large enough for a whole family but I enjoyed it myself. Highly recommended, and wish I could come and stay again in summer.

This place is like from another world. The sounds of waves, the view, extremely starry sky... you have to expierence it. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff members were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to one person - once again thank you for everything! Also, thanks to the fact that we didn't have a car, we met an incredibly nice taxidriver who accompanied us throughout our stay. We wish we could come back there someday.

It's a bunch of domes in the middle Tanegashima - very unexpected but cool nonetheless. The host is reserved but very polite and lovely. The breakfast was delicious. Very remote - you'll want a car if you choose to stay here.

Very modern and all super clean. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Due to a scheduled rocket launch it was very difficult to get a rental car, but the hotel manager made it possible and could organize me a car in no time. The hotel also has rental bicycles. A restaurant that offers japanes and western style meals is within the hotel. This was very convenient due to the stormy weather. All the staff was super friendly. And there is also a gift shop at the reception where JAXA mugs, t-shirts and so on can be purchased.
