Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a buffet breakfast. the family rooms with bunk beds are designed perfectly for a family with kids. The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.

Staff and management were very accommodating and helpful. We had a problem booking our taxi to the airport and the female staff ( who was the kindest) called her manager and was able to help us booked a ride, even paid for it as we were having problem with our overseas cc card. I highly, highly recommend this place - place 101%, location 101% and staff 120%. We will definitely come back!

Fujisoft Akiba Plaza is 400 metres away and Old Manseibashi Station is 400 metres from the hotel. Amazing location, close to the station, professional and nice personal, delicious dining options!! It is definitely one of my favorites places and I hope go come back soon!
