The rooms are perfectly equipped, the cleanliness and the mattress were so comfortable that I felt right at home. The service of the staff is at a very high level, from the doorman and bellboy at the entrance to the reception staff, room service and waiters in the dining room on the 13th floor. I would like to especially mention the employee named Sophea from breakfast. She is an asset to the hotel and the personal service she gives to all guests together with her team is simply amazing and rare. I am sad to leave the hotel, but I will definitely return to stay at the hotel next year and recommend it to my close friends. Many thanks to the Caravan Hotel for the amazing hospitality. The property is 600 metres from Chaktomouk Hall, and within 2.8 km of the city centre. This place was great. The first room I was offered was perhaps a little tucked away on the ground floor, and I was concerned about noise from the pool (as I needed a really early night/was jetlagged). That said they found a bigger room at a very reasonable upgrade price on the top floor which was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and they happily kept a bag for me on my day of departure. Overall I was a very, very satisfied customer.

We were very much pleased with the accommodations given by Peninsula Phnom Penh, and the services, assistance, and hospitality of the staff and the management. We were even surprised by the hospitality of the manager who gave us complementary drinks and volunteered to take our photos and videos while we were cooling down in the beautiful infinity pool. That small gesture made our stay even more memorable and fun. . Speaking of the infinity pool, we enjoyed watching the sunset hues and the colors of the city while enjoying our dip. We also enjoyed the spacious gym which is equipped with machines and free weights. Most specially, we enjoyed the smiles of the staff and management that greeted us every time we meet them. Thank you, Peninsula Phnom Penh for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We stayed at Aquarius twice during our stay in Cambodia. Once we stayed 4 nights and once just a single night as a stopover. Both times were great. The hotel is clean and we like the style. The bed was very comfortable for us. It is on the firmer side, which is our preference. We slept really well. We didn't hear any loud noise or voices from the next-door rooms. We had the breakfast every morning. It has an a well stocked buffet with good variety and quality. There is also a rotating menu to pick from as part of the price. The breakfast set us up so well for the day that we sometimes didn't need lunch. The staff are ready to help at any moment. They had answers to any of our questions and helped us to book a bus after a last minute cancellation. The staff is also very friendly and made us feel very welcome, both times. The rooftop bar and pool are both excellent. We had cocktails a couple of nights at sunset. Great view of the city and good prices (plus a 2-for-1 happy hour). We spent some time in the infinity pool, which was a great way to cool down after a hot day in the city. The location is just off a main road but our room was quiet. No traffic or other noises to disrupt our sleep. There is no doubt that this is where we'd want to stay if we're back in Phnom Penh.
