The staff was great in assisting us with our stay, airport transportation, and plan for our temple visits. The pool is amazing, we relaxed there after our day and it was the best. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice and the water kept very clean. Breakfast was good. It was really just a fantastic experience all around. I especially liked that there were tuktuks available outside the hotel for us to take. It was convenient and we always knew we were getting quoted a fair price because the drivers work for the hotel. In fact, the tuktuk rides to bar Street were free, and we only had to pay our way back. A really nice set up!

This was a honeymoon for us. The staff were super helpful and prepared our rooms very well before we arrived. We got the private pool room and it wasn't disappointing. There is a hotel shuttle to the center of the city in the evenings which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our time at Eightfold

We had an incredible experience at Shintana Saya. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — stylish, serene, and perfectly located for anyone planning to explore the Angkor temples. If you’re heading to the temples, definitely book their tuk tuk experience! It was a game changer — our driver took us to all the key sites, and we were provided with cold water and refreshing wet towels between stops. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s restaurant is excellent — we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and everything was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We booked a package that included a complimentary daily massage, and it was amazing — a perfect way to unwind. The whole experience was so well curated and peaceful. We would absolutely come back!
