Used for night stays in and out of Colombo airport. Staff is excellent and very responsive. Went above and beyond to help us with few things given our first day in the country. Breakfast authentic SriLankan with good choices and customization possible depending on taste. Good dinner choices as well a la carte. Pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time to use it. Beautiful large garden. The property was v clean and well maintained. Ample Parking space for our SUV. Highly recommend the Family suite, it’s really lovely well-maintained and spacious. Modern bathrooms. Super nice.

The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which immediately made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. The location is very good, with many nice restaurants within a short walking distance. It’s ideal if you want to stay close to the beach and dining options. The only small note is that the house is located on a very narrow street, which can be a bit challenging for drivers when entering or exiting — but this didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was really good and nicely prepared. We booked this accommodation upon our arrival in Sri Lanka and had such a positive first impression that we decided to stay here again for our last night before heading to the airport. When something works well, there’s no reason to change it — and this place truly did.

This accommodation was by far the best in Sri Lanka considering value for money, spacius rooms, well mantained, the garden is beatufil and it was the perfect place to relax before our flight. The position is not beach front but this for us was a plus beacuse it is in a very quite area but still in a walking distance from all the restaurants and shops.

Clean and calm place close to the airport. SPAR supermarket close by. Also some restaurants are reachable by foot. AC and fan were working properly. For a one night stay after arriving or before leaving Sri Lanka definitely a recommended place to stay.
