The breakfast was exactly what we hoped for. The accommodations were very good. Parking on the street was good - only a 100m walk. The free buses is nice and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The room was everything we thought an old hotel would be. Quaint. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The breakfast was good. It had a decent amount of variety. As usual for most hotels, they could work a little harder having accommodations for those with food allergies.

A very nice stay; spotless clean room and bathroom, friendly and polite staff, well-equipped rooms. Definitely way above average amongst 3-star hotels, and even better than some 4-star hotels I've stayed at in other countries. What I enjoyed the most was the well-insolated walls; even though it was during the long-weekend Easter holidays and the hotel was fully booked, you could enjoy quiet in your room and wouldn't hear your neighbouring rooms.

Originally we had booked to stay in the New Yorker serviced apartments and they were literally disgusting. Thankfully the door was broken to our apartment and we were forced to find new accommodation (but it was also the 22nd of December so just before Christmas is not easy!) but the Victor Hugo had a room for us and we were very grateful. It was fantastic.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing a decent level of comfort for a standard accommodation. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While the amenities were basic, they met my needs adequately. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, it was a regular stay that met my expectations for a budget-friendly accommodation option. I would consider returning for future visits.

Perfect clean, comfortable accommodation not far from the town centre, free parking . Basic but then it was cheap. We used it as an overnight stop. Wouldn't use if we were going to stay more than one night.

The accommodations were simply outstanding. Our spacious family suite was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding and cozy furnishings to the modern and well-maintained bathroom.
