We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

But the best of the hostel is Ayoub who was more than hostitable and helpful from the first moment until the last one! He planned my transportation from the airport and he also made a takeaway breakfast for me the day which i had to leave very early for the desert trip! The hostel has a nice vibe and its very clean! The riad features family rooms. The people were very nice. The breakfast was nice and the staff even served us breakfast after the time has passed. The room was nice and clean, everything was good. The location was near a busy street but it was not noisy.

The place is gorgeous, the staff is incredible and helpful and so kind and welcoming! We were given an upgraded room at no charge with a beautiful patio that overlooks the city because the staff worried our first room might be too loud. The breakfast every day was so lovely and the staff put on a great display and made sure we had everything we needed. Ibrahim was so fun to interact with and always asked if we needed extra. Mohammad helped us out with an airport transfer and helped us with all our luggage and escorted us to the taxi service a few minutes walk away. We are thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service and will definitely stay here again!
