Friendly staff, especially Imane

If you are travelling to Marrakech, I highly recommend this Riad. It is brand new (it opened three months ago), so you may not find it on any "lists" if you search these like I was. I chose this Riad because it had such a high rating here. I did not know what to expect because it was my first time in Marrakech, and I was travelling alone, but everything was amazing. I was blown away. The staff were so attentive. Everyone remembered my name and my activities for the day, even those I hadn't met before. They organised all these activities for me, and I felt completely safe here. Whenever I left my room, someone smiled and offered me help. I had dinner on the rooftop twice; it was the best dinner I had during my whole time in Morocco. I would have happily had dinner here every night. It is located right in the heart of the Medina, which comes alive day and night and is the most magical place. The Koutoubia Mosque and Bahia Palace are within walking distance. If it is your first time in Marrakech, I would recommend a guide that the hotel can organise so you can learn more about the city's rich history and navigate the Souk. I also did the Agafay Desert experience through the hotel, which was probably the best thing I have done. The hotel is also extremely Instagrammable, which, let's be honest, we all love. Morocco's service standards are genuinely high, but this one was a cut above the rest. The staff made me feel like a princess every single day. I have been travelling around the world and have stayed in many five-star hotels, and I can safely say this is the best hotel/Riad I have ever stayed in regarding value for money and service. It was my first time in Morocco, and I had no idea what to expect, but I feel so lucky I found this beautiful Riad. They made me feel like family and made me feel welcome to come back to Morocco on my own anytime, which I intend to do! Thank you to you all at Riad Atlas Palace.

Stayed here with two friends from December 22nd, 2025 to January 8th, 2026 during AFCON 2025. Very good location. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. All appliances working as they should. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning/heating was working (was really cold outside on some days). Staff friendly and attentive. Reception always helpful and friendly. Also spa was very good and staff there is friendly. Nice roof-top terrace. Food in the restaurant really excellent - see separate review. Very good breakfast with 3 options. Would come again and can recommend.

I stayed at Riad dar sahrawi for 1 night and it was very good experience and the hostel is clean and Ayoub is very helpful guy ...i strongly recommend Raid dar Sahrawi...i will come back for sure

it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

For me the highlight was the staff! Always nice and caring. Aziz, Ali and the others were exceptional. Location is amazing, near the main square and inside the Medina. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

Amazing location, breakfast was on the terrace and really really fresh and good. The whole staff is very gently and helpful. The most appreciated thing is cleanses: clean bed, toilette and towels.

Everything was amazing, we had an early start and Moha prepared breakfast for us extra early and helped us with the luggage too. Definitely made our stay very comfortable. Overall very accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here. It‘s also in a great location.
