Hospitality, location and super clean rooms ( and hotel in general ) 10/10 !!! Always a super warm welcome from Ibtissam, Chaimae, Imane and Abdou! Many thanks for always being kind and helpful! Before this hotel I booked in a hurry another 4 star place and I literally ran away from there because it was so bad! I saw Swiss hotel had the best reviews and I rushed to this hotel and in 5 minutes I was checked in, with a nice welcome drink and cookies! So trust me that this place is a gem! The hotel also has a very cute pink terras for the ones who want to post on social media :p or work there. The wifi is also 10/10, I work remote and not once I had trouble doing my work and calls! Perfect located in a safe and upscale area with loads of nice restaurants and bars! Also around 20 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and Jardin Majorelle. The room is super clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Many respect for housekeeping. Carrefour around 6 min walk and mini markets across the hotel etc.

Very good location-few steps from the main square, close to all attractions. Thoughtfully restored historical riad. Very good breakfast. helpful staff, arranging transfers. The restaurant is a open all day, and offers quite reasonable price for dinner.

Ayoub has the best riad in Marrakech. I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is a place where you can easily make new friends and my favourite part of the day was spending evenings on the terrace and chatting with other travellers. Breakfast was delicious and also a place where you can get to know your 'housemates'. I booked Merzouga tour through this riad and it was more than great! The location of this place is great as well. Just a few minutes' walk to the main square. The entrance door is quite easy to find if you remember it is located next to the luggage store 😆 They start breakfast at 9 am. But if you want to leave early, they will pack some goodies for you to take. It's just a perfect place to stay!

It’s excellent. The spa, hamam and massage were incredible. The stuff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Food is very good and the whole riad is stunning beautiful. Neighborhood is easy and I definitely come back!

In the heart of the souk but up a quiet back alley !! Very peaceful this is a Superb Riad with staff who are very friendly 24 hr desk !! They are ready to help with everything , and give suggestions as to where to visit with a map that they mark the places .
