This is a nice hotel. It's centrally located, conveniently located, and offers airport pickup. The staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. There's also a free gym. I'd definitely stay here again.

What an exceptional place! If you like destinations off the beaten path, this hotel is the perfect place to begin. The owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful with suggestions on how to get around Saipan. The home cooked breakfast is beyond delicious and the beachfront location peaceful and gorgeous. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. This is the best hotel experience I have had in years.

Clean like my home, plenty of drinking water bottles in the fridge( I got around 30 bottles), comfortable beds, air condition in each room, daily room cleaning service including new beach towels, Free laundry ( washer & 2 driers ) availability, lovely beach around 3 minutes walking distance and above all, kind workers and owner. Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. It was extremely comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the amount of seating options. We drank and ate in the bar quite a few times and the happy hour made it reasonable.
