United KingdomManuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in.
The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea.
We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

DenmarkWonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located close to both the ferry and the city center. The area feels safe, and the staff are incredibly helpful in organizing activities and experiences. Not situated in the immediate tourist centre, but you'll find better and cheaper restaurants around the B&B and there is a supermarket and a taxi station right around the corner.

The hotel is beautiful and looks very well mantained. The pool is awesome. The room is very big, the bed is confortable, there was a balcony and a table if you need to work, although the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent (I just stayed for one night so take this carefully).

It was so bad we came away with funny stories. Luckily we only stayed two nights, otherwise we would have left early. On the plus, we stayed in the upgraded rooms which were fine - big and spacious.

Our stay at Landmark was magnificent. We stayed for a whole month due to an internship. Workers were really nice, and the owner of the apartment was fenomenal. She was really aware of us at all times, if we needed something she would take care of it. The best part of the day was to come back to the apartment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and the money bar upfront is great for a nice dinner and snorkeling. I would definitely be back.

Good location, close to the ferry terminal and central area. Comfortable bed, gorgeous shower, huge rooms, smart tv (you can use your own Netflix / Prime account). The staff is very friendly and happy to help. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, you can fill up your bottle. There is also water and a nice coffee maker in the room. I haven't bought water once the entire time I was staying there. The hotel felt like home. Very quiet. Pool is tiny though and only 4 sunbeds.

Great place to stay and commute from. Communication with the owner went really well and the apartment served as a great spot to easily explore the town, get a ride somewhere and just to hang out and enjoy the view. I really regretted not to have stayed longer and how to visit Cozumel again…

It was a working process when I stayed here. The kitchen was good. Very nice people running the place and they were interested in improving it. The common area was nice. Excellent diving. I enjoyed my time here.

The room and bathroom were spotless and huge. We had the one with a small kitchenette and it's own semi-private terrace which was great. We had filtered water in the room and the air con worked great. Emma was so helpful and communication was excellent. We even extended our stay, which meant moving rooms to a less nice one but it was still very comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

The design of the hotel is excellent. We like this style. The sea view is gorgeous and the sunsets are breathtaking. The pool area across from the restaurant is well made and is nice to spend time at. Overall the pool area makes for an enjoyable stay.
