Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

The room was spacious and the facilities were very nice. Tom and the team were all super helpful and professional, it was a great experience staying at LPN and will definitely go back. The diving arranged through them turned out to be unforgettable as well.

Kippal is a nice small hotel in the center of Cozumel. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. If you need anything Mike is always available and ready to assist you. The infinity pool at the roof is amazing, very clean and with a great view of the city and surrounding. We had a great stay at Kippal, for sure recommend it!

A very special and authentic place! The owner and her daughter are really lovely people, and Xiknal is a home away from home. A place to slow down and relax! The courtyard is really beautiful, and the room has everything you need. And Paloma (the dog) is extremely cute and playful! While being super close to the city center, it is very quiet, which I deeply appreciated to get proper rest after diving. The staff were super helpful and looked after my bag when I had checked out. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing, amazing place. Previously a family home, now a very cosy B&B. Friendly guests, lovely house cat Maria. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. Not situated in the immediate tourist centre, but you'll find better and cheaper restaurants around the B&B and there is a supermarket and a taxi station right around the corner.

this was the BEST stay of our Mexico trip! the studio is beautiful, clean, comfy beds and nice terrace just for yourself + drinking water. quiet at night the location is fantastic - just 5mins from the port lots of great restaurants right on the street Teresa, the owner, is simply amazing! Gave us lots of tips where to go and is very friendly! can’t recommend enough!!!

The room is clean and spacious. The location is great as it's near the downtown area (15 min walk) while in a quiet residential area. The pool is nice. We also like the fact that there's a common kitchen so we can make quiet breakfast before venturing out for the day.

The facility was lovely, Jorge is a very kind host with whom I had the chance to have a lovely morning chat along with my breakfast that I ordered one day in advance. the design of the rooms, the amenities, everything was so well thought. I found everything I could have asked for.
