Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located close to both the ferry and the city center. The area feels safe, and the staff are incredibly helpful in organizing activities and experiences. They are easy to reach, and the atmosphere in the common areas is both cozy and respectful. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

The apartment was really nice and clean! Beds were comfortable - and the rooftop is the best :) The service was amazing, they helped us a lot with ordering food but also making a reservation for last minute snorkeling trip. Very nice people!

Fantastic building and excellent atmosphere. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, spotless cleaning, big room with both vent and aircon. The garden with the small swimming pool has a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evening and the owners even ordered us a hot apple drink which was delicious. Very good position right off the Malecon, very good and perfumed toiletries.

This is a gem in the middle of the concrete jungle. This hacienda is absolutely beautiful, I could stay for days just in the courtyard. The hosts arr very nice. Delicious breakfast. And I fell in love with the little cuddly kitty Maria. The location is not the best in Cozumel but there is a taxi station around the corner and with a car or a scooter it doesn’t matter.

Teresa and Booking (the lovely dog) were the perfect hosts. Teresa's years of experience in hospitality shows and she was most accommodating in every way. The room was off a shared kitchen area, but was mostly quiet. The shared courtyard was the perfect spot to relax after exploring. The casa is across the road from a lovely bar and restaurant. We enjoyed a gin at the distillery next door.

The owner was always responding fast to our questions. On site Mr. Dioniso is always there smiling and ready to help, he is such a nice person! New building well located with parking. Overall great place to stay!
