The place is brand new and high quality. It is extremely clean, has great hot water pressure and a great bathroom,, good bed, beautiful view from the balcony. It's near picknpay, food vendors were just outside the building, of the 3 times we were there and offered excellent food and very good prices. The pool is unbelievable. It's huge, clean, and I can honestly say it's the best pool I've ever been in for an apartment building, what a view!

We liked it, awesome homestay. Very good location just opposite the Mulu Airport. Lovely owner, good services, very helpful. She cook very well, we enjoy the food just like fried paku pakis and curry pumpkin which is very tasty. We also had some really great chat times.

Unit is spacious and comfortable comes with basic amenities. The building has a pool and gym, and it was never crowded. Security is 24/7, so is felt very safe. Very easy to find a Grab and go anywhere. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. The waterfront esplanade is right outside for evening strolls. About 15 minutes to the airport.

8.9 km from Borneo Convention Centre Kuching in Kuching, Jazz Suite Vivacity Kuching provides accommodation with access to a sauna, fitness room and steam room.
