Fran and Dillon were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were even able to do our laundry. I accidentally thew away an important document, realized 3 hours after we’d checked out and contacted Fran who graciously let me back in to find it - I found it! Let's start with the staff, they are incredibly kind and helpful, and at moment i felt like I was at home. The rooms were very beautiful and in African safari style, everything in the room was very clean, I felt very comfortable. I also paid 18€ per person for dinner, it was very tasty, especially the fish and oryx, and also we had a dessert. I recommend everyone to book dinner at this hotel, you will not regret !! But the most amazing thing is that two giraffes live on the territory of this hotel, Joanna and Natasha. You can meet them while walking on territory of hotel or every morning they come for breakfast near the pool and you can feed them. I was very glad to get to this hotel and I am sure that I will return again and again !
