Set within 5 minutes’ drive of Hovden Ski Centre & Water Park, Hovdestøylen offers rooms and self-catering apartments with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs and sofas. Beautiful setting on a river. Spacious, well-appointed room that took into account every detail for a comfortable stay. We had dinner as well as breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent.

Very nice and quiet location. We were given a fully equipped suite to use. Although we only stayed for one night, we still managed to take an evening stroll in the nearby meadows.

I liked the location. Very close to the beach, grocery stores, and just a few minutes' drive to Kristiansand. It was a nice blend of exploration and relaxation in a quiet, pleasant place.
