The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful accommodation. It's even more beautiful than in the pictures, super clean and provided everything we needed. The location in the horse barn was unique, dreamy, warm and cosy and better than we could've imagined. Furthermore, the Stavkirke is also very close by (our original motivation for our stay). In the end it was the horse ranch and a beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming home (and a super comfortable bed) that convinced us that we had chosen a perfect place to stay. We wish that we would've stayed longer than just one night during our roadtrip through Telemark in winter. Thank you for making us feel right at home! It was our favorite stay on our whole journey.

We could even charge our electric car directly at the cabin. When we tried this the first time, the wallbox didn't work but that was fixed by our friendly host already on the next day!

This is by far the best apartment I've ever been in. Though brand new, the interior looks and feels like an old mountain lodge. So much little details that makes you feel totally at ease. The size of the balcony with the stupendous view of Gaustatop. Out of this world. The host was very helpful when I had a question. Like the Michelin ratings: * = worth the visit, ** = worth the detour, *** = worth the journey. This is a *** place.

The property location was absolutely stunning with views of the fjords and mountains. It was very relaxing and accessible. The cabin we stayed at was super cozy and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and kind- even bringing us extra plates and silverware when we had guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very well maintained, tidy and friendly. Don't be put off by the shared facilities, they only have a few rooms and showers/bathrooms are very, very fresh (and you have water in the room as well). Nice breakfast, not a large buffet but everything you need. Do take this road instead of the tunnel and stop here! Good parking, possible to buy homemade dinner too. It tasted very well and was freshly prepared on order.
