Located in New Plymouth town centre, King and Queen Hotel Suites offer luxurious accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a 42-inch plasma TV with cable channels. In the heart of New Plymouth and opposite the Art Gallery, we could walk to restaurants, cafes and the ocean boardwalk. An undercover car park was allocated to us. The Manager was super friendly and helpful.

One Burgess Hill offers a choice of 15 self-contained units overlooking the stunning Waiwhakaiho River and native landscape. Incredible hospitality from the team. The location is close to everywhere yet still rural, which allows contact with nature and animals and offers great scenery on the property. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and will call it a retreat.

The property is located in a commercial part of Fitzroy which made it easy to shop and eat and do laundry. Parking was in a lot adjacent to the building which was easy. It’s located near 2 golf courses which was good for us. We wanted to explore the National park which was located just south of New Plymouth within 30 minutes to an hour drive depending on what part. The unit #8 itself was an upper floor with a flight of stairs, no elevator so be sure you check which unit you have if you have mobility issues. It’s the smallest so it doesn’t have a washer or a dishwasher or a dining area. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge and what you need to eat but no stovetop. It was fine for us but you may want a larger unit.

Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom in a block of two. Well equipped kitchen with good quality coffee plunger with large fridge freezer. Excellent leather couch & generous shower. Easy to park at front. Very close to everything. Nice elevated outlook from bedrooms.
