Very beautiful resort. The trip to the resort is a nice adventure. I definitely recommend arriving in daylight, but the journey is not difficult. Amazing and helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The valet was always quick to get my car. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, it was lovely. The gym is great for a hotel and I really liked the addition of a lap pool.

Everyone was kind, approachable, always available with a genuine smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever experienced in terms of customer care. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet is outstanding, offering a great variety of cuisines that change daily. A special mention to Marinel and all the waiters and waitresses, who took excellent care of us and made every meal a pleasure. We also visited the spa and enjoyed a massage and a facial treatment—both were absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. An excellent experience in every way, and we truly hope to return.
