The staff was welcoming and helpful, the lobby area had a wonderful scent and the hotel bars/restaurant had great service and good food.

High quality hotel in the middle of the city. A large shopping center with restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was very good. The room was clean and offered a great view over the city.

From the moment we arrived at La Résidence, it was clear that this was not just another hotel. The property has a beautiful boutique feel, with modern design, elegant finishes, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you step through the doors. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, creating an environment that feels both sophisticated and relaxing. We stayed in the City Suite, which was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Panama City's skyline, which made both mornings and evenings feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the property. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. We especially appreciated having a sushi restaurant located downstairs, as well as a café where you can enjoy fresh pastries, coffee, and breakfast items without having to venture far. La Résidence offers a refreshing alternative to larger chain hotels. Its intimate atmosphere, stylish design, exceptional service, and attention to detail make it feel like a hidden gem in Panama City. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it is a place that leaves a lasting impression. Easily one of my favorite hotels, La Résidence combines boutique luxury, comfort, and convenience in a way that few properties do. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and memorable stay in Panama.

This is how you run a hotel. From the very first moment you feel welcome, appreciated and at home. The staff was great. You feel they are happy to work there and happy to have you as a guest. Little shout out to wonderful Nayeli at the reception desk, she is a gem. Everything in the hotel, the area, the pool, the restaurants, is neat and organized and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing, a big variety, including nice Panamanian food! After a few other Marriott hotels in Panama, this felt like a different league. We had an amazing time here. This will be our #1 choice hotel when we ever return to Panama .
