They have a cat called Milli, she's not to be seen most of the time, but I was lucky to get a little peak of her a couple of times. Adorable! The pool is a godsend on the hottest days of the year. Big room, and peaceful hotel. I had to check out at 4:30 am, they still made me toast and coffee/tea even though it was before breakfast serving hours. So kind!

The high-ceilinged rooms are completely covered with vividly coloured murals. It reeks of charm. We took a room with a private bathroom. It was huge & the one wall was solid window looking out onto the river. The room is well-appointed with a bar fridge, reading lamps, etc. linens & great wifi provided. The common room (where an excellent breakfast can be served) also has these amazing windows & views. Chip speaks English & he & Yessica have been in Iquitos a long while so can answer all questions.

It was nice to be somewhere peaceful so that we could properly relax & rest before our adventure. The hosts are very friendly too, the room was clean & the air conditioning & Wi-Fi worked well. The room was very clean, and it was a nice surprise to find a fridge, kettle, closed toaster and plates and cutlery. The host was super helpful and responded very quickly. He gave me a number for a moto taxi to the airport, who gave me a good price.
