Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Easy communication, smooth self check in, awesome location in the city centre, but flat is located in the inner yard so it's very quiet. Everything was super clean, very comfortable bed and best bonus was floor heating. Would definitely stay again.
