We stayed for 5 nights during the week before Christmas and we had booked the Deluxe Suite because one of us did not have vacation and had to work each day. The suite was wonderful in terms of comfort, utilities, how clean it was and how it accommodated our needs. The staff at the reception was incredibly nice, helpful and really supportive when our last day we had to stay and work for a couple of hours from the lobby after our check out. If we return to Sibiu for another vacation, we would definitely choose again this hotel and we would not stay in some other one. The location is excellent to visit on foot the entire city. The breakfast has tasty food including fresh and local produce. Thank you for everything!

Excellent staff!Both receptionists,so professional.Lovely,genuine good people!As a muslim woman they made me feel very good,they didnt give me anxiety! The room was amazing but not that clean as I expected. The bed was big but not so comfortable for my back, the mattress was soft for me. The pool was pretty and the gardens around the Palace could have been looked after better, such a lovely paradise that needs constant maintenance.
