Super location and amazing team .. everyone was so welcoming. Especially people at the bar in lobby area. Shout out to Milan and barmen.

Clean and comfortable accomodation. Restaurant with nice food next to it. Communication with host was good and they were flexible due to my late arrival. Recommending!

Elegant Accommodation: Grey Hotel Kopaonik in Kopaonik offers a 5-star experience with family rooms, interconnected rooms, and mountain views. The view of the restaurant, the big underground parking and the big SPA area. Also the wi-fi internet was excellent in all hotel. The suite was very nice, with a cozy design.

They even thought about spray sanitizer for surfaces ..as well as litetature for all demographics.. In case your orgsnisation doesnt allow time for skii pass, host put an effort to comensate it by plastic sledges. Comfy matresses. Savrseno planiran prostor i analiza najrazlicitijih potreba. Bravo!

The room was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. The building is new and elegant. Although the staff struggled a bit with English it was noticeable they did there best to accommodate us the best possible way. Over all we had a great and pleasant experience and we are very grateful for the facilities and staff.
