We had a really great stay although at the beginning we were discouraged: there was a problem with the AC in one room and also not hot water at all although it is normally present (please note, only on the second floor. )Also the toilet wasn’t flushing.The sir on duty did his possible to send someone even if it was late and they did fix these matters around 3am.We booked this place because we needed the by the hotel mentioned washing machine, which is a semi-automatic machine and only works with cold water, for a warm/hot wash you need to have it moved to one of the 2 bathrooms on the second floor, which makes the bathroom not usable anymore. We were a bit unhappy with this issueas it was the main reason of choosing this accommodation. The manager was great and quick on problem solving tho: we discussed and he offered us a super quick laundry, villa upgrade for free and also didn’t make us pay the first night we spent waiting for stuff to be fixed. Villas are very spacious (3 floors), kitchen well equipped, beds clean, great choice of pillows, parking place, environment quiet and the location is also comfortable. Staff really nice. If we happen in Jazan again, it will be our choice again!
